Buying a licence

To continue to use all the features of BB TestAssistant beyond the evaluation period, you must purchase a licence key from Blueberry. You can do this either online or by phone if you prefer.

 

Buying Online

There are two ways to start the online buying process, either via BB TestAssistant or using your web browser.

 

Starting from BB TestAssistant:

  1. In Recorder, select the Buy BB TestAssistant item from the main menu. In Player, select the Buy BB TestAssistant item from the Help menu.

  2. On the Registration window, click the Purchase Licence Online button.

A web page from the Blueberry website will be opened in your web browser. These pages will guide you through the process of buying a licence online.

 

Starting from your web browser:

Go to the URL www.bbsoftware.co.uk/bbtestassistant.aspx and select the Buy Now option to view the same pages.

 

How to enter the licence key and owner name into BB TestAssistant:

  1. In Recorder or Player, go to the About Box and click the ‘Register’ button.

  2. On the next window, select the ‘Enter Licence Details’ button.

  3. On the next window, you must enter both your owner name and licence key string. Enter them exactly as supplied in the confirmation email from Blueberry. The owner name is case-sensitive.

  4. Click Ok and you will see a message confirming that you have entered a valid licence. If you see a warning that the licence is invalid, you have entered either the owner name or key string incorrectly. Try again.

Once this is completed, the new licence takes effect and you can start to use BB TestAssistant immediately.

 

Note: This process can be performed from either Player or Recorder. Entering the key once from either application licenses BB TestAssistant as a whole – the process does not need to be performed twice.

 

Buying by Phone

Call Blueberry consultants on +44 (0)1926 436742 to talk to customer support staff. They will assist you in purchasing BB TestAssistant and take details of your method of payment. Your licence key will be generated there and then, and support staff will talk you through the process of entering this into the application so you can start to use your fully licensed application immediately.
