Splitting frames

Note: To understand how this function works, you need to understand something about events. For an explanation of what events are and how they relate to frames see About Events.

 

It is possible that BB FlashBack Player can allocate too many events to a single frame, causing some events to be hidden.

In this case, the appearance of the movie can sometimes be improved by splitting the frame. A new frame is created directly following the selected frame, and half of the events in the selected frame are allocated to the new frame. Now the events that were previously all in one frame are divided between two, and this may result in smoother playback.

 

How to split a frame:

  1. Select the frame you want to split into two.

  2. On the Player main menu, select Edit and then Split Frame.
