After several years of working for the Volkswagen Group on their helpdesk, I came to realise that a better way of training people had to exist other than talking them through things over the phone.
A while later I began to watch computer based training videos and learned a great deal. After some thought I wondered if the same format could be used to train people on computers. Although many titles are already out there for this, I felt they lacked something, and were still missing a niche in the market.
I also needed to record a voiceover and I was at a loss as to what I could use. Other software programs recommended by friends were simply no good. Then I discovered BB Flashback...
BB FlashBack does seem to be unique in its class, particularly in its ease of use. I did not have to upgrade my PC to use it; neither did I need to buy any specialist equipment.
I now run my own business creating custom tutorials for customers. BB FlashBack is the backbone of my business and I could not function as I do without it. It has made my venture truly realistic and affordable. I have been happily using it since.
I would like to dearly thank the FlashBack helpdesk for their prompt responses to my queries, as I could not have started nor can I continue without their help.
