FBR movie file will not open
Occasionally, Blueberry makes updates to the FBR file format in order to produce smaller file sizes, faster performance or to enable new features. For this reason sometimes older versions of BB FlashBack will be unable to open FBR files created with more up to date versions of the application. Therefore if you cannot open an FBR file the first step should be to check that you are using the latest software release.
If you are sure you’re using the latest release of BB FlashBack and your FBR file still won’t open, it is possible that the file has become corrupted. Once corrupted, there is usually no way to recover an FBR file. Restoring from your most recent backup is the best course of action. |

Slow performance or errors when working with very large movie file.
We are aware of problems that may occur when working with very large or very long movie files. These may include poor performance when working with footage, or failure when trying to open movie files.
Although we would like to support movies of any size and length, in practice there are limits - we are aware of a problem when working with movies larger than 4Gb, and hope to correct this in a future release. |
